Job Role: Early Years Assistant Teacher

Location: Sector 70A, Gurgaon

Job Summary: As an Early Years Assistant Teacher at Kunskapsskolan School, Gurgaon, you will be responsible for nurturing and educating Early years children. You must create a safe and stimulating environment where children can develop socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.

Qualifications: Should have Certification/Diploma in Montessori Teaching or Nursery Teaching or Early Childhood Teaching. In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum areas, research, and educational trends in Education.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and implement lesson plans and activities that promote the child's cognitive and social development.

Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and child-friendly classroom environment conducive to learning. Plan and deliver quality lessons to motivate students. Create and utilize appropriate materials and the classroom environment to cater to different learning styles.

Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, following school policies and procedures.

Individualized Attention: Provide personalized attention to each child, understanding their unique needs and abilities. Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a supportive educational environment.
