Position Overview:
15+ years of progressive experience in IT/Technology delivery
Minimum 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale delivery organizations (50+ team members)
Proven track record in delivering enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Extensive experience with data platforms, big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake)
Strong background in digital transformation, cloud migration, and modernization initiatives
Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex vendor relationships
