We are currently hiring for Ui Path Support and maintenance role with us .

Job Locations : Chennai/Bangalore/Hyd/Kolkata/Pune - 5 Days WFO

Rotational Shift.

Experience Range : 6 years to 12 years

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Support & Maintenance Developer to provide production support, maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement for enterprise RPA solutions. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring bot performance, troubleshooting production issues, implementing fixes, handling change requests, and ensuring SLA compliance across business-critical automation processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UiPath development, support operations, incident management, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Maintenance

  • Provide L2/L3 support for UiPath automation solutions.
  • Monitor bot execution, queue performance, and system health.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
  • Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and bot-related issues.
  • Coordinate with business users and application support teams during incidents.

Enhancement & Change Management

  • Analyze change requests and enhancement requirements.
  • Develop, test, and deploy automation enhancements.
  • Perform impact analysis for application changes affecting bots.
  • Ensure smooth migration of changes across environments.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor UiPath Orchestrator performance.
  • Track bot utilization, success rates, and exception trends.
  • Prepare support dashboards and monthly service reports.
  • Proactively identify automation improvement opportunities.

Release & Environment Management

  • Support release deployments and production validations.
  • Manage credentials, assets, queues, and robots in UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure teams for server and environment issues.
  • Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures are followed.

Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain support documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and KT artifacts.
  • Adhere to organizational RPA standards and governance.
  • Participate in audits and compliance reviews.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in UiPath Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator.
  • Experience supporting attended and unattended automations.
  • Hands-on experience with REFramework.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Queues
    • Assets
    • Triggers
    • Logs
    • Exception Handling
    • Credential Management
  • Experience with Excel, PDF, Email, File Handling, and Web Automation.
  • SQL query writing and database troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with REST APIs and web services integration.
  • Version control experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or SVN.
