About the role

ACRED is an integrated property firm — real estate advisory, construction, interiors and development. We hold sales mandates for multiple residential and plotted projects in Bengaluru. Every enquiry we get passes through pre-sales first.

You own that function. Build the team, run the calling discipline, and turn raw enquiries into qualified site visits. Success at six months: consistent site-visit numbers across every mandate, lower cost per site visit, and a CRM management can forecast from.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the pre-sales team to hit monthly qualified-lead and site-visit targets
• Personally handle inbound and outbound calls; qualify leads and book site visits
• Own individual targets alongside team targets
• Manage lead flow across multiple active mandates without letting any pipeline go cold
• Map customer requirement, budget and timeline to the right ACRED project
• Drive conversion: lead → qualified lead → site visit → sales opportunity
• Allocate leads and monitor follow-up discipline, connect rates and conversion
• Coach the team on scripts, objection handling and follow-up
• Coordinate with sales, channel partner and marketing teams to improve lead quality
• Keep CRM accurate and current
• Report daily and weekly performance; act where numbers slip

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in real estate pre-sales, including 1–2 years leading a team
• Proven record of hitting individual and team targets
• Knowledge of the Bengaluru residential market
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Kannada; Hindi an advantage
• Hands-on with CRM and structured lead management
• Able to coach and retain a calling team
• Graduate in any discipline
