Retention & Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Engagement & Retention Executive to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2-6 years

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Plan and execute 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀.
• Manage campaigns across 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹, 𝗦𝗠𝗦, 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘀𝗔𝗽𝗽, 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗜𝗻-𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴.
• Segment customers based on 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿, 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲.
• Build and manage 𝗖𝗥𝗠 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆𝘀.
• Track key metrics including 𝗖𝗧𝗥, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗻 & 𝗖𝗟𝗩.
• Analyze customer data to identify 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.
• Work closely with 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 & 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 teams.
• Prepare campaign reports and share 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

• 2–6 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗖𝗥𝗠, 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲, or 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.
• Hands-on experience with 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹, 𝗦𝗠𝗦, 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗵 & 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘀𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀.
• Knowledge of 𝗖𝗥𝗠, 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
• Familiarity with 𝗠𝗼𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗛𝘂𝗯𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁, 𝗞𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘆𝗼, 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗽, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 & 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀.
• Proven records of achieving Revenue Targets
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work effectively in a 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻-𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Bachelor’s degree in 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, or a related field.

Experience in 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗔𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗗𝟮𝗖, 𝗘-𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲, or 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 will be an added advantage.
