Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a UX Designer Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role requires designing and refining user experiences for digital products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible interfaces aligned with user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

• Work with product managers and developers to define user flows and interaction patterns.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end users.

• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for design and prototyping.

• Experience with user-centered design methodologies and UX best practices.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects.

• Ability to translate research insights into actionable design solutions.

• Collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.
