Inviting applications for the role of Chief Data Scientist-Advanced AI / Agentic AI!

Role Overview

We are looking for a Chief Data Scientist – Advanced AI to lead the architecture and delivery of next-generation AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.

The role combines AI architecture, Agentic AI transformation, client consulting, solutioning and thought leadership, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead end-to-end AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.
• Drive Agentic AI transformation initiatives, from strategy and roadmap definition through deployment.
• Engage with CXO and senior stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define transformation roadmaps.
• Design solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent architectures and emerging AI platforms.
• Work with hyperscaler technologies such as AWS and/or Azure to build and deploy enterprise AI solutions.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solutioning and client presentations.
• Partner with internal teams to build scalable AI platforms, solutions and accelerators.
• Provide thought leadership through innovation, patents, research, publications and industry presentations.

Must Have

• Strong experience in AI architecture and end-to-end AI solution development.
• Hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Proven experience driving AI/Agentic AI transformation for enterprise clients.
• Strong foundation in Data Science / Machine Learning / AI, with experience transitioning into GenAI/Agentic AI.
• Experience working with multiple LLMs and agent-based solutions.
• Exposure to AWS and/or Azure and enterprise AI deployment.
• Strong client-facing, consulting and CXO stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in AI strategy, transformation roadmaps and solutioning/pre-sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Experience across industries such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Consumer, Supply Chain, Finance or HR.
• Exposure to platforms such as AWS Agent Core, Azure AI Foundry or equivalent.
• Experience building AI accelerators/platforms.
• Patents, research papers, publications or other AI thought leadership.

Ideal Profile: We are looking for candidates with approximately 70–80% focus on AI/GenAI/Agentic AI, architecture and transformation, with the remaining experience across domains/functions.

Candidates may have progressed from Data Science, Machine Learning or Computer Vision into GenAI, Agentic AI and enterprise AI architecture.

This is not a pure Data Science or research role. Strong enterprise Agentic AI transformation and client-facing experience is critical.
