Clinical Trial Associate - Fresher

Role Description The Clinical Trial Associate – Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting the clinical operations team in planning, organizing, and tracking clinical trial activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating the Trial Master File (TMF), assisting with documentation related to informed consent, and ensuring accurate collection and entry of study data. The Clinical Trial Associate will help coordinate communication between stakeholders, support regulatory and ethics submissions, and contribute to compliance with study protocols and standard operating procedures. This role offers foundational exposure to clinical research processes and an opportunity to build a career in clinical trials under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of Clinical Trials and Clinical Operations, with interest in developing expertise in trial coordination.
• Knowledge of Informed Consent processes and ethical considerations in human subject research.
• Ability to manage and maintain Trial Master File (TMF) documents and other essential study records with attention to detail.
• Basic Research skills, including information gathering, data checking, and documentation review.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with digital documentation and databases.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to standard operating procedures, and build a long-term career in clinical research.
