Role and Key responsibilities:

• Develop and coach sales team members to achieve performance/targets
• Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
• Lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable
• Mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
• Develop strong interpersonal relationships with the team, to cohesively bond them together with the Customer and integrate them with the vision and core values of the Customer
• Manage BQ’s & PIP cases
• Team member performance management and identification of training opportunities
• Forward non- resolvable issues to the Operations Manager.

 

Key Skills and knowledge:

• Candidate with two to four years of Sales experience preferred
• Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach sales team members to achieve performance/targets
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Hindi & English speaking is mandatory for this role since they will have to speak to the customers & they are from North.

 

Qualification: Graduation.
