HR Operations Specialist - Pune

Work Mode - 5 days work from Office

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Specialist. The HR Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring processing of transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail. Scope involves processing of Hiring, Reference Letters, Personal data changes, Job data changes, Terminations and more. The role will involve transition of processes from offshore locations and hence the incumbent will ensure the learning curve is maintained until self-sufficiency within transition timelines.:

Skills & Experience

Processing Workday transactions & administration such New Hires, Terminations, Employment Changes, Employment Verification, etc. including follow up with mangers and HRBPs to clarify information, obtain approvals or request corrections.

Process the transactions accomplishing KPIs defined per process and according to the Case Management Framework and SOX Controls.

Exposure or prior experience handling AMER HR Ops transactions. Well versed with EIBs and bulk uploads using Workday or similar HCM.

Able to independently participate in new process transitions from off-shore locations, handle knowledge transfer within team. Attention to details – being able to audit WD transactions for data accuracy.

Well versed with data protection principles, knows how to process confidential and sensitive employee information.

Attention to detail – be able to accurately process transaction.

Solid understanding of Workday and HR ServiceNow.

Articulate work instructions and write standard operating procedure (SOPs). Support other team members and new joiners.

Participate in regional and global projects to support regional HR initiatives.

What we look for

• 2 - 5 years of work experience in HR Operations.

• Good at multi-tasking and time management to manage the workload efficiently.

• Good excel skills (vlookup, PIVOTs, formatting etc)

• Experience working in a global or multinational company with strong stakeholder management skills.

• Self-motivated and a quick learner, be able to deliver under challenging and dynamic environment to meet changing demands of customers.

5 days work from office and Flexible in shifts to support AMER.
