Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Gurugram. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to support reporting and decision-making. Responsibilities include performing exploratory data analysis, building dashboards and reports, and interpreting trends and patterns to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, preparing clear visualizations and presentations, and ensuring data quality and consistency. The Data Analyst will also contribute to improving data processes, documenting methodologies, and supporting ad hoc analysis requests.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics and Data Modeling.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with basic database concepts and an understanding of business processes; prior experience in a data-focused role is an advantage.
