Accounting & Enterprise Planning Specialist

We are looking for an Accounting & Enterprise Planning Specialist with strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with financial statements, budgets, enterprise data, forecasts, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and accounting records

• Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning

• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, and business performance

• Support annual operating plans and long-term financial planning

• Build and review financial models and business forecasts

• Perform cost analysis, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling

• Reconcile financial data and identify inconsistencies or reporting issues

• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes

• Analyze departmental and business-unit performance

• Prepare dashboards and reports for management decision-making

• Work with ERP, accounting, and enterprise planning systems

• Assist with audit, compliance, and financial-control processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Ability to interpret financial and operational data

• High attention to accuracy and detail

Preferred Qualifications

• CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, MBA Finance, or similar qualification

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, audit, or enterprise planning

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or financial analytics tools

• Experience with AI-assisted accounting or financial-analysis tools is a plus
