Job Description

• Day to day provide effective leadership to product development teams - such as system design,fw, hw, validation, operations to deliver word class client ssd’s to oem.
• Show technical ability to drive other important cross functional teams such as memory development , PE/TE , Factory, Packaging and Operations
• Requirement (PRD) understanding, management, traceability and validation coverage
• Review system and/or firmware and/or hardware designs and provide timely feedback
• Analyse, review and approve customer verification, validation and integration plan’s
• Provides technical directions on new system features for next generation memory developments.
• Day to day work experience with Senior management/VP

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience working on semiconductor based product engineering and/or embedded firmware development/architecture is must
• Hands on experience performing product conception to planning to design to validation to delivering products to OEMs is must
• Very effective in managing CFTs escalations / technical trade offs
• Knowledge of flash memory /storage technologies is a plus
• Knowledge of PCIe and flash media management is a plus.
• Hands on knowledge in programming - high level languages is a plus.
• Technical program/product management

 

Qualifications

 

• Bachelors in Engineering – Must. Masters /MBA - Preferred
• Overall 10+ years of working experience.
• Good in collaboration , communication and willingness to go above - beyond
