QA -Lead

Key Responsibilities:

· QA activities across multiple eCommerce initiatives based on SFCC.

· Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and defect tracking processes

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into quality benchmarks

· Review and optimize test cases to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency

· Hands-on Experience in Business Manager, Merchant Tool, Administrator, Storefront, and Tool concepts.

· Report and track quality metrics and ensure adherence to release timelines

· Actively participate in sprint activities, requirement walkthroughs, and go-live planning.

· Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.

· Hands-on experience with Salesforce 3rd party integrations like CyberSource, Avalara Tax, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Narvar, UPS & USPS, Klarna, Social Logins, Kount, Power Reviews, Einstein.

· Hands-on experience with Shipping Methods/Configuration.

· Hands-on experience with different viewport executions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in a QA role

· Proven experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platforms

· Strong working knowledge of the SFCC Business Manager tool and configurations

· Deep understanding of the e-commerce domain, user journeys, and buying flows

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

· Familiar with test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, qTest, TestRail, etc.)

· Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting abilities

· Exposure to automation testing is a plus
