Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Executive at Technisanct, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn and other Social Media Accounts, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned communication.

• Manage and maintain Technisanct’s social media accounts and ensure regular and consistent activity.
• Create, manage, and execute a social media content calendar, ensuring all planned posts and campaigns are published as scheduled.
• Develop engaging and relevant content aligned with the company’s brand, products, services, and marketing objectives.
• Create visually appealing social media creatives and other communication materials using basic to decent graphic-design skills.
• Coordinate the preparation and design of weekly and monthly reports, ensuring information is presented clearly and professionally.
• Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the online community.
• Track social media trends, industry developments, and best practices to improve content and engagement strategies.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and conversions.
• Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to support the company’s marketing and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and overall social media performance based on analytics and insights.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual social media performance reports and present key insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, updates, and content required for social media and reporting activities.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution of all social media communications and marketing materials.
