About the team

We are looking for an individual to join the Client Experience (Product Support) team supporting Investment Accounting Manager (formerly InvestOne). The team provides production support to global IAM clients across a suite of products, with InvestOne at the core.

What you will be doing

Principal responsibilities

·       Provide day-to-day support to clients across multiple FIS products.

·       Ensure client queries are resolved with high-quality, timely responses.

·       Act as the first escalation point for clients and liaise with Level 3 support teams to ensure issues are prioritized and resolved.

·       Work closely with internal teams, including Product Development, Technology Services Management, Professional Services, and other relevant groups.

·       Understand client configurations and workflow processes, recreate client scenarios, and report issues to the appropriate teams.

·       Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product-quality programs and product development.

·       Recreate client issues in test environments and identify and document how applications and systems interact to support business processes.

·       Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives based on business needs.

·       Maintain client satisfaction through regular follow-ups, feedback gathering, expectation management, and clear, efficient communication.

·       Work in rotational APAC shifts.

What you bring

Knowledge and experience

·       Minimum 7-9 years of Capital Markets experience, with a focus on fund accounting.

·       NAV calculation experience with mutual funds or hedge funds.

·       Essential knowledge of financial instruments and fund accounting.

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·       Experience working with InvestOne is an added advantage.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·       Fluent in English.

·       Strong customer-service and team focus.

·       Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
