Lead Data Engineer

We're Hiring: Lead Data Engineer | Remote | UK Shift

Are you passionate about building scalable data platforms and leading high-performing engineering teams? We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Engineer to drive technical excellence and end-to-end delivery of enterprise data solutions on Azure Cloud.

Location: Remote

Shift: UK Shift (2:00 PM to 11:30 PM IST)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines and Azure-based data platforms.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment and production support.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, conduct design/code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
• Build and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Event Hubs, and related technologies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, scalability, and performance across the data ecosystem.

Qualifications
