Graphic Designer

We're Hiring: Graphic Designer (3+ years experience)

At Beyond Grid, marketing shouldn't feel forced — it should make sense. We help brands find their voice without the noise. Now we're looking for an experienced graphic designer, based out of Hyderabad, who can move fast, think sharp, and bring ideas to life across static, video, and everything in between.

What We're Looking For:

• Based in Hyderabad, available to work from our office
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) with a strong sense of motion graphics
• Comfortable working with AI tools — including image-to-video AI (Runway, Kling, or similar) and AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Photoshop's AI features) as part of your everyday workflow
• Strong grip on branding — logos, typography, visual identity, the whole system
• Fast turnaround without cutting corners. We move quick, and we need someone who can keep up
• An eye for detail and the flexibility to adapt across very different brand styles

What You'll Do:

• Lead design on branding projects — logos, identity systems, brand elements
• Create marketing creatives: social posts, brochures, ads, and short-form video content
• Edit and design video content — reels, ad creatives, BTS content — with clean motion graphics
• Use AI tools, including image-to-video generation, to speed up ideation and production without losing quality
• Work closely with the team to shape brand stories that actually land
