Bobby Mukherji Architects is an international design practice with over 30 years of experience across hospitality, residential, commercial, township and mixed-use developments in India, the USA, the Maldives and other international locations. Our portfolio includes work for leading hospitality brands including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, Taj, Radisson, Westin and Versace, as well as some of India’s largest developers.

We are seeking a *Revit Architect / BIM Architect* to join our Mumbai office and work with our *Milan + Mumbai design team on large-scale international architectural projects*.

This role will function as an integral part of the Milan project team while being based in Mumbai, with regular coordination across design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination and project delivery.

Strong professional proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential. We are looking for an architect who uses Revit as a primary architectural working environment and can develop projects directly within it from design development through technical documentation.

A key part of the role will also be to strengthen our Revit and BIM capabilities across the studio by improving standards, workflows and model quality, while supporting and guiding the wider architectural team.

## Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with the Milan team on the development and delivery of large-scale architectural projects.

* Develop and manage architectural Revit models through design development and construction documentation.

* Translate architectural concepts developed with the Milan studio into technically resolved Revit models and documentation.

* Produce coordinated plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules and working drawings directly from Revit.

* Maintain model accuracy, organization and documentation quality across large and complex projects.

* Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, façade and other specialist consultants.

* Identify and resolve coordination issues between architecture, structure and building services.

* Develop and manage Revit families, templates, worksets, views, schedules and project standards.

* Review models produced by other team members and maintain consistent Revit standards.

* Strengthen Revit and BIM workflows, templates, standards and quality-control systems across the studio.

* Guide and train architects and junior team members in effective Revit-based workflows.

## Required Experience and Skills

* 5–10 years of professional architectural experience.

* Minimum 5 years of substantial hands-on professional experience using Autodesk Revit on live architectural projects.

* Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture, including modelling, documentation, detailing, families, schedules and work-sharing.

* Proven experience using Revit on large-scale architectural projects.

* Experience in hospitality, commercial, residential, mixed-use or other complex building typologies is preferred.

* Strong technical understanding of construction, detailing, materials and building systems.

* Experience coordinating architectural work with structural, MEP and specialist consultants.

* Ability to work between Revit and consultant AutoCAD drawings when required.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD.

* Experience improving BIM standards, workflows and quality-control systems is a strong advantage.

* Experience with tools such as Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage.

* Strong coordination and communication skills for working consistently with teams across Mumbai and Milan.

## Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
