About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business from corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, event companies, and other institutional partners for Minimalist Hotels.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling rooms, F&B, meetings, events, and other hotel services.
  • Monitor account-wise production and take corrective action where business is below expectations.

4. Account Management

  • Maintain an updated database of corporate and B2B accounts.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and track business generated by each client.
  • Ensure timely communication of offers, promotions, rate changes, and hotel updates.
  • Resolve client concerns and coordinate with hotel operations to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Build long-term relationships rather than focusing only on transactional bookings.

5. Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, F&B, Revenue, and Operations teams for B2B requirements.
  • Ensure accurate communication of rates, availability, booking terms, and client requirements.
  • Follow up on enquiries and proposals until closure.
  • Maintain proper documentation of leads, meetings, proposals, conversions, and business generated.

6. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor hotels, pricing, offers, and B2B strategies.
  • Identify changing market trends and new business segments.
  • Share relevant market insights with the Sales Manager / Head of Sales.
  • Suggest new initiatives to increase B2B contribution and market presence.

7. Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain daily/weekly sales activity reports.
  • Update CRM / sales trackers with leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Submit monthly account-wise business reports.
  • Track revenue, room nights, conversion rates, and pending opportunities.
