JOB ROLE
The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative, preventive, and minor surgical procedures.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, performing treatments such as fillings, extractions, root canal therapies, and scaling, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient records.
The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene practices, discussing treatment options, and maintaining a high standard of infection control and safety protocols.
The Associate Dentist will collaborate with dental assistants and other team members to ensure efficient clinic operations and timely patient care.
This is a full-time, on-site role based at Smile Dental Clinic in KUNDRATHUR Chennai.

- Candidates should possess strong clinical dentistry skills, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and preventive care.
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of dental radiology, infection control practices, and standard clinical protocols.

- Candidates should possess good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to perform procedures with precision and care.
- Candidates should possess BDS or MDS , a valid dental council registration.
- Candidates should possess a commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and staying updated with current dental techniques and guidelines.
- Prior experience as an Associate Dentist or internship experience of 1 to 3 years in a clinical setting is beneficial but not mandatory for suitable entry-level applicants.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Chennai, manage a consistent patient schedule, and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
