Job Description: J2EE/MicroServices (Ver: 8 & 17) Backend Development – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5+ Yrs to 8 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented and motivated J2EE Senior Development Engineer to join as a Lead Programmer Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java 8 & 17 version, Spring 6, and Spring Boot, with the ability to design and build robust, scalable backend services. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern technologies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, while taking ownership of components end-to-end and mentoring junior team members.

  • Experience should have 5+ years to 8 Years of J2ee development.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java 8v & 17v and above (streams, lambdas, functional interfaces, optional, date/time API).
  • Solid working knowledge of Spring 6 and Spring Boot (dependency injection, auto-configuration, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, REST controllers).
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain RESTful web services and microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL, JPA/Hibernate) and writing efficient queries.
  • Familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle), version control (Git), and unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and senior team members to ensure alignment with business requirements and project timelines.
  • Practical, day-to-day use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) as an active part of the development workflow.
  • Should have good oral and written communication.
  • Should be a good team player.
  • Should be proactive and adaptive.
