Job Brief:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and execute Corporate Interior and Workplace Projects. The role involves coordinating with design teams, vendors, consultants and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage execution of corporate interior and workplace design projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure projects are executed within approved budget, quality standards and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Participate in project meetings and client review sessions.
• Prepare and review project schedules and execution plans.
• Track project milestones and report project status to management.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site protocols.
• Handle site level issues, risk management and resolution during project execution.
• Ensure all project documentation and site records are maintained properly.
• Travel for site coordination, project meetings and client interactions as required.

What We Expect:

• You are a Project Manager with 8–12 Years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or turnkey project execution.
• Relevant experience in corporate interior fit-out / workplace design projects.
• Strong knowledge of turnkey interior project execution.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants and vendors.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Understanding of construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets and project resources effectively.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.

Job Location: Mumbai / Pune (we are hiring PM's separately for both these locations)
