Interior Architect

Role Description The Interior Architect will work full time on-site at the DSYNE Studio office in Bengaluru, collaborating closely with designers, consultants, and project stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include developing interior spatial concepts, preparing drawings and detailed layouts, and coordinating architectural and interior fit-out elements to ensure design integrity. The role involves translating design briefs into functional and aesthetic solutions, specifying materials and finishes, and supporting documentation for tenders and execution. The Interior Architect will participate in client meetings, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and support project delivery from concept through construction. The position also requires maintaining design standards, aligning with project timelines, and contributing to DSYNE’s vision of purposeful, globally informed interiors.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Architecture and Architecture to develop integrated spatial and structural solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out to translate concepts into executable, detail-oriented interior environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to optimize layouts for function, circulation, and user experience.
• Candidates should have proficiency in design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite), and comfort with 3D visualization software.
• Candidates should bring knowledge of materials, finishes, building codes, and construction processes relevant to interior projects.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong design communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations, mood boards, and clear technical drawings.
• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field, with prior experience in hospitality, commercial, or residential interiors considered an advantage.
• Candidates should be able to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple project tasks, and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced, design-led environments.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role/capacity.
