Senior BPM Executive

5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS Inventory experience.
Practical Agile PLM exposure.
Strong understanding of BOM, ECO, and NPI processes.
Experience supporting manufacturing environments.
Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues independently.
Excellent accuracy and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

• Enter and update inventory, BOM, ECO, and NPI data in Oracle EBS and Agile PLM systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to gather and confirm data requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues independently, escalating when necessary.
• Support system users by providing guidance on data entry standards.
• Communicate data discrepancies and resolutions to stakeholders promptly.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for data management processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS Inventory.
• Practical exposure to Agile PLM (product lifecycle management).
• Strong understanding of BOM, ECO, and NPI processes.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with data validation tools and reporting.
