We are looking for an experienced SME – Networking (L3) to join our growing team at SHI India

The role involves managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex enterprise network environments within a Managed Services setup. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in network security, SD-WAN, routing, wireless, cloud networking, and advanced L3 troubleshooting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure network solutions.
• Provide L3-level troubleshooting for complex network, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls and Meraki SD-WAN.
• Handle routing, switching, BGP, VPN, SD-WAN, and network security technologies.
• Configure and support Aruba/Mist, Sophos, Fortinet, Cisco, and related technologies.
• Support hybrid and multi-cloud network connectivity and infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with L1/L2 teams, internal stakeholders, and OEM/vendor support teams.
• Drive network automation, monitoring, and operational improvements.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.

🔹 Mandatory L3 Expertise

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in:

✅ Palo Alto Firewall

✅ BGP / Routing

✅ Meraki SD-WAN

✅ Advanced Network Troubleshooting

🔹 Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of relevant Network Engineering experience.
• Strong experience in a Managed Services environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking and security technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
