Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for designing and managing architectural projects, integrating sustainable solutions, and creating innovative and functional spaces. The role involves working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to develop architectural plans, oversee project execution, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to sustainable design principles.

LOCATION: Whitefield - Bangalore

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of working experience in an architecture firm preferred
• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Working knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD. Google SketchUP, rendering software etc.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in on-site and team-oriented environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture for an Indian University
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and materials
• Knowledge of climate-responsive and environmentally-conscious design techniques
• Excellent communications and team work skills
