We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and drive quality excellence across our Central Kitchens, Bakeries, and Cloud Kitchens. The role will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring quality systems, SOPs, and compliance frameworks that ensure our customers receive safe, consistent, and high-quality products.
This is a leadership role that requires strong knowledge of QA/QC in the food industry, regulatory compliance, training, and the ability to design and implement centralized quality operations.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Leadership & Strategy
Lead the QA/QC function across central kitchens, bakeries, and cloud kitchens in assigned regions.
Develop and implement quality policies, standards, and SOPs to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Drive organization-wide quality culture by embedding quality-driven practices at all operational levels.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory guidelines.
Prepare for and lead internal and external audits; ensure vendor compliance with quality standards.
Establish robust documentation and reporting mechanisms for compliance readiness.
Process & Systems Development
Actively contribute to the design and rollout of centralized operations for cloud kitchens to improve control and quality consistency.
Implement testing, control measures, and monitoring systems to track quality KPIs.
Continuously review and update guidelines and SOPs to incorporate best practices.
Quality Control & Operations Oversight
Monitor raw material quality, in-process checks, finished product quality at central kitchens and bakeries.
Ensure effective QC measures for storage, handling, and dispatch.
Develop systems to minimize wastage, rejections, and customer complaints.
Training & Capability Building
Conduct regular training sessions for kitchen staff, vendors, and managers on hygiene, food safety, and quality protocols.
Build strong awareness around quality ownership at all levels of operations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Food Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in F&B, QSR, or large-scale food production setups.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, ISO, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing quality systems across multiple units.
  • Excellent skills in audit management, vendor compliance, and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-location environments with high accountability.
