Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect Lead with 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications and enterprise solution architecture. The candidate will lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions while working closely with business and global technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
  • Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion and external applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to offshore development and functional teams.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.
  • Support Oracle Fusion implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications and solution architecture.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, preferably across Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM, or PPM.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FBDI, and Oracle Fusion integrations.
  • Experience with VBCS, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Composer, and Groovy scripting.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Fusion security, roles, and access controls.
  • Experience with OCI and cloud architecture is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.
  • Experience leading offshore teams and working with global stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise SaaS environments.
