we at ALIIGNSPACE Interiors are looking for Interior designer with Hands on Experience in design development and lead the design phase of the project. Designer should be have creative skills and ability to communicate ideas with Client and convivence them with satisfactory design ideas. Curate concepts and develop 3d modeling based on estimation and requirements shared by a client. The Designer should build a healthy rapport with the client and provide them necessary guidance and awareness. Follow -up with clients religiously and ensure a smooth sign off process and move projects to execution phase.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Designing and 3d modeling is must.
• Technical knowledge on modular kitchens, wardrobes and storages and onsite carpentry works /false ceiling / lighting is required.
• Develop concepts and 3d modeling and renderings for the assigned projects within specified timeline.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to freeze designs, finishes and sign off design phase.
• KT project team and handover with necessary details to ensure hassle free execution.

Qualifications

• Ability to Create and develop designs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or B.Des , 2 - 3 years of experience
• Proficiency in Telugu, English & Hindi is must.
• 2-3 years experience in Design field with a good portfolio consisting of design projects developed personal , not by team.
• Sketchup, V-ray and AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite proficiency must.
• Must have experience in working drawings/ modular production drawings preparation.
