Data Analyst

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer cum Data Analyst with strong expertise in Hadoop Ecosystem, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Data Analytics, and Project Management. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in designing scalable data platforms, building data pipelines, performing advanced analytics, and leading end-to-end data initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in designing scalable data platforms, building data pipelines, performing advanced analytics, and leading end-to-end data initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and generate actionable business insights.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Create KPIs, scorecards, and data visualization frameworks.
• Work with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for enterprise reporting.
• Support data-driven decision-making across business functions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• BE/MBA/BCA/MCA or equivalent
• Deep understanding of distributed computing and large-scale data processing.
• Experience handling multi-terabyte and petabyte-scale datasets.
• Expertise in Hadoop, Spark, and modern data architecture patterns.
• Experience engaging with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
