We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications and AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, React, and Agentic AI, with a solid understanding of modern full-stack architecture and GenAI technologies.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering and artificial intelligence, designing and developing intelligent applications powered by autonomous AI agents, LLMs, and modern web technologies. This role requires someone who can take ownership across the entire development lifecycle—from architecture and backend services to intuitive frontend experiences and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React.
• Build and integrate Agentic AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, workflow execution, and autonomous decision-making.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, microservices, and data-processing pipelines using Python.
• Build responsive, performant, and reusable frontend components and applications using React.
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, APIs, vector databases, and external tools into production-grade applications.
• Design workflows that enable AI agents to interact with databases, APIs, business systems, and other tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI/ML engineers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure applications are secure, reliable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Implement testing, monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvements across frontend and backend systems.
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to engineering best practices, coding standards, and technical documentation.
• Stay current with emerging developments in GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM frameworks, and modern full-stack engineering.

Must-Have Skills

• 7–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI and AI-driven application development.
• Excellent proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade backend systems.
• Strong experience with React and modern frontend development.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, backend architecture, databases, authentication, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and production-ready applications.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system-design capabilities.
• Ability to independently own features and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Practical experience with Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with AI/agent frameworks and orchestration technologies.
• Strong background in full-stack development across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience working with AI-powered SaaS products or intelligent automation platforms.
