Spectral Consultants is hiring for one of the leading global advisory and accounting firms for Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) – Associate roles.

📍 GURUGRAM | TAS Associate

• Experience: 0–1 year
• Qualification: CA Freshers / CA with relevant FDD exposure during Articleship
• Prior exposure to Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Transaction Advisory Services or Assurance is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

📍 BENGALURU | TAS Associate

• Experience: 0–1 year
• Qualification: CA / CA Inter
• Exposure to FDD / Transaction Advisory Services / Assurance preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies across various industries
• Conduct analytical reviews of financial data and prepare findings
• Prepare draft reports for management review
• Work on data reporting, data management and Databooks
• Research and analyse issues arising during engagements
• Support multiple engagements while maintaining quality and timelines
