Senior Finance Controller

🚨 We’re Hiring | Senior Finance Controller 🚨

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Controller to join the Finance & Accounts team and take ownership of financial controllership, cost management, FP&A, reporting, compliance, and business finance.

📍 Location: World Trade Center, Bengaluru

💼 Experience: 4–8 Years

💰 Salary: ₹55,000–₹60,000 per month (may vary based on experience)

👥 Openings: 3

⏳ Notice Period: 15–30 Days

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage financial controllership, accounting and monthly/quarterly/annual closing

✅ Review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports

✅ Drive cost control, profitability and margin analysis

✅ Handle budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling

✅ Monitor working capital, receivables, payables and cash flow

✅ Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, audit and statutory compliance

✅ Strengthen financial controls, SOPs and governance processes

✅ Support management with financial insights, pricing, ROI and business decisions

✅ Lead process improvement and finance automation initiatives

✅ Coordinate and guide the finance team

The JD specifically emphasizes Financial Controllership, FP&A, Cost Management, budgeting/forecasting, profitability analysis, working-capital management, Advanced Excel and ERP exposure. 

What We’re Looking For

🎓 CA Qualified / Semi-Qualified preferred

✅ Strong experience in Finance & Accounts / Controllership / FP&A / Business Finance

✅ Strong knowledge of Ind AS, taxation, audit and statutory compliance

✅ Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

✅ Experience with SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Tally or similar ERP systems

✅ Exposure to E-commerce, Retail, D2C, FMCG, Consumer Products or Distribution preferred.
