🚀 We're Hiring: Sales and Business Development Executive


Blueleaf IT Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our growing team!


If you're passionate about sales, enjoy building strong client relationships, and have experience with CRM tools and SaaS products, we'd love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate our software solutions to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT/Software/SaaS sales.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools is a top priority.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Experience using sales CRM platforms is an added advantage.
