• § Rapidly understand the technology landscape within the enterprise including key IT systems, data platforms and interconnections
§ Identify key stakeholders and build credibility and rapport
§ Define standards and guidelines for process transformation/automation solution architecture
§ Socialize the standards and guidelines with stakeholders in India and globally
§ Identify and document reusable solutions and solution patterns
§ Develop Reference Architecture for process transformation/automation solution patterns
§ Ensure implementation of best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing
§ Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization
§ Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
§ Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
§ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives
§ Provide guidance and mentorship to implementation squads
§ Be a role model and lead by example in demonstrating the organization's values and principles
§ Ensuring any solutions being designed meet M&G standards
§ Playing an active role in the technology community for learning and sharing
