Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO – Mandatory
• Good communication skills
• Good computer knowledge and typing skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day back-office support activities.
• Process and maintain customer/process-related information accurately.
• Perform data entry and documentation as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity as per process requirements.
