Atom is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to join our Enterprise Transformation practice. This is a client-facing role for a hands-on leader with proven Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience.

You will lead HCM transformation initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Conduct client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution-design sessions.
  • Translate HR requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Provide functional leadership across modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Absence, Time and Labor, and Payroll.
  • Lead configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, and deployment activities.
  • Manage client expectations, project risks, and key delivery decisions.
  • Partner with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Mentor consultants and review key project deliverables.
  • Support solutioning, demonstrations, scoping, and pre-sales activities.


Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of Oracle HCM experience.
  • Hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience is required.
  • Experience completing at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
  • Strong functional knowledge across one or more Oracle HCM modules.
  • Experience leading client workshops, configuration, and testing activities.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working within consulting or professional services.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
  • Experience across multiple HCM modules.
  • Knowledge of integrations, reporting, security, and data migration.
  • Experience leading HCM workstreams or mentoring consultants.


We are looking for someone who is comfortable advising senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on throughout the implementation lifecycle.
