Global Technology Platform – Director, Technical Cybersecurity Operations – Permanent

Client

• An established international technology company providing specialist enterprise services to major commercial and public-sector organisations. The business operates globally and is continuing to expand its delivery capability from India.

The Role

• The Director of Technical Operations will lead a large, globally distributed service function from the company’s Pune hub. Leading through an established management team, the position will own departmental strategy, operational performance and service quality while developing the organisation’s future operating model.

Responsibilities + Requirements

• Lead a high-volume technical operation responsible for reviewing, prioritising and progressing complex customer cases
• Own performance across service levels, quality, capacity, productivity and escalations
• Develop managers and strengthen the organisational structure to support continued growth
• Improve workflows through automation, AI and measurable quality controls
• Establish effective forecasting, resource-planning and performance-management processes
• Partner with product, operations, customer-facing and technical stakeholder groups
• Candidates should bring 15+ years’ experience within cybersecurity, technical services, risk operations or another complex technology environment, including 8+ years of people leadership. Experience managing managers, scaling large operational teams and leading international service functions is essential. Exposure to technical assessment, security testing, workflow transformation, AI adoption or global delivery centres would be advantageous.
