IT Project Operations Coordinator

Company Description Murvin Consulting is a professional services firm focused on delivering tailored consulting and operational solutions to its clients. We are a small team of 6 people working on Web, Mobile and SEO/Digital Marketing Projects. Looking for an overall operations manager. This will be a remote position.

Role Description The IT Project Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of client engagements and internal projects. The role involves planning and managing programs, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, cost, and time expectations.

The IT Project Operations Coordinator will coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, manage risks and issues, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring team members, supporting change management efforts, and contributing to the development of best practices in delivery and operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Program Management skills for planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess Team Management skills to motivate, guide, and develop team members and coordinate workloads.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills to understand client needs, propose solutions, and drive value-focused outcomes.
• Experience in operations or delivery management within consulting, IT, or professional services environments is beneficial.
• Proficiency with project management tools, productivity software, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing client and business requirements.

Above is all AI stuff. What I am looking for is to someone manage the team, clients and vendors independently. Excellent understanding of web applications, mobile apps and digital marketing experience is needed. You will be facing client so need excellent communication skills. 5-7 years of experience developing web projects.
