Ops Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Co-ordinating internally and externally for task follow up and status. Acting as the point of contact between the Ops and various internal/external stakeholders

Scheduling a meeting, drafting MOM and follow ups

Manage the AVP's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar end to end

Communication and collaboration with different locations and leaders (Dept. heads, managers, and key stakeholders)

Drafting & designing SOPs (Objective, Flowchart, RACI, Escalation Matrix, Roles & responsibility Matrix, process measurements)

Assistance in execution of Pilots and special projects

Tracking the department OKR’s

Internal PPT and document creation for presentation

Governance with IT and Admin team

Involvement in Fun activities management and other departmental celebrations

Update process documentation (Version, validity, stakeholder review & approval)

Preferred Skills:

• Manage the communication and uniformity of message across Locations

• Act as a central point of contact between the AVP and functional leaders.

• Manage Tasks and ensure effective completion.

• Lead Department level Document/PPT preparation.
