Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 3–5 years of experience in the Interior Design/Home Interiors industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of converting qualified leads into successful projects while also contributing to business growth by generating new leads through referrals, networking, and channel partners.This is a revenue-driven role that requires excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and a sound understanding of interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed interior design projects.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design consultations.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless sales experience.
• Generate new business through referrals, architects, builders, channel partners, networking, and personal contacts.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Interior Design/Home Interior Sales.
• Experience in companies such as Livspace, HomeLane, DesignCafe, Bonito Designs, D'Life, Carafina, or similar interior firms will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture solutions, materials, and interior finishes.
• Proven record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
• Ability to generate business in addition to converting company-provided leads.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
