We are looking for a Java application Support engineer with below skills-

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in Java and Azure application support environments.

Required Tech Skills

• Java
• REST APIs
• Azure Cloud (Kubernetes, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, Blob Storage, Azure Static Web Apps)

Tech Stack Mandatory:- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, DBeaver, Azure, Linux, Splunk, Dynatrace, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, YAML, Shell Scripting, Kafka, ITIL, JIRA, ServiceNow, CosmosDB

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide front-line production support for business and IT teams, ensuring application stability, efficiency, and resiliency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Azure cloud applications to maintain high availability and performance.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Detect, analyze, and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and deployment failures.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging using tools such as Dynatrace.
• Automate operational tasks through scripting to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to optimize workflows and implement security best practices.
• Support disaster recovery (DR), production installs, and scheduled weekend maintenance.
