Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Therapist based at Seegehali, Bengaluru. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders, including issues related to articulation, fluency, voice, and comprehension. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, and monitoring progress with standardized tools and clinical documentation. The role involves collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, engaging with parents and caregivers to provide guidance, and contributing to awareness and training initiatives. The Speech Therapist will also maintain accurate records, uphold clinical protocols, and participate in continuous professional development activities.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and the assessment and treatment of Speech-related conditions.
  • Candidates should possess skills in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders in children.
  • Candidates should possess skills in evaluating and treating Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties.
  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid professional registration or license as per local regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with children with developmental delays, disabilities, or special needs in clinical or school settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and counseling skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and use standardized assessment tools.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages in Bengaluru is an advantage.
