Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels.

* Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products or services.

* Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert them into customers.

* Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and sales proposals.

* Negotiate with clients regarding pricing, terms, and other requirements within company guidelines.

* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

* Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

* Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

* Participate in meetings, sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

* Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments, orders, and customer requirements where applicable.
