Senior Technical Project Manager (Immediate Joiner)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions within clinical operations and life sciences environments. You will be working FULL TIME REMOTELY in this role.

You will partner with one of the world’s leading life sciences organizations to manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical strategy, compliance requirements, and execution milestones. You will work closely with engineering, product, clinical operations, compliance, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact AI initiatives in regulated enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven project management capabilities and thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You should be comfortable driving complex AI programs from initiation through production deployment while managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, cloud, and intelligent automation initiatives
• Manage project planning, execution, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including product managers, full-stack engineers, GenAI engineers, data scientists, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, clinical operations, and compliance stakeholders
• Drive project execution using Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical architecture, compliance standards, and delivery goals
• Track project health through sprint metrics, release management, risk assessments, and delivery reporting
• Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational blockers related to infrastructure, model deployment, CI/CD pipelines, security, and regulatory constraints
• Support AI/ML lifecycle activities including experimentation, model validation, deployment coordination, and production readiness
• Maintain governance standards, audit readiness, project documentation, and delivery transparency within regulated environments
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering, delivery, and operational processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in technical project management, IT delivery, or technical leadership roles
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI technologies and delivery models
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans
• Experience evaluating technical solutions, validating feasibility, and challenging delivery estimates when necessary
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Ability to proactively identify risks, manage scope, and remove delivery bottlenecks
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, databases, APIs, and enterprise application development
• Experience with Agile frameworks and project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and deployment workflows
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agile, or similar certifications
• Experience delivering AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI programs in enterprise environments
• Experience within life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiations
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and enterprise governance models
