Senior Executive - Pricing and Warranty Operations

This role focuses on supporting the development and execution of Pricing strategies for Warranty and Protection programs.The individual will leverage data-driven insights to evaluate risk, profitability, and operational feasibility while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive successful program implementation. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement pricing models for warranty and protection plans.
2. Ensure pricing strategies are competitive, profitable, and aligned with business objectives.
3. Support end-to-end program launches, including pricing setup and execution.
4. Analyse data, claim trends, cost structures, and margins to support pricing decisions.
5. Monitor program performance and recommend pricing adjustments based on business and market insights.
6. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
7. Provide pricing analysis and business insights to support strategic initiatives.
8. Oversee plan creation, system setup, and operational readiness for new programs.
9. Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and governance standards.
10. Track operational exceptions and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
11. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate performance and pricing recommendations.

Qualifications

Skills and Requirements :

1. 2–5 years of experience in Pricing, Warranty Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
3. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
4. Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
5. Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable business insights.
