About the role
This is a full-time, permanent position focused on implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise ERP systems for clients, with an emphasis on supply chain, manufacturing, and planning modules.
This is a client-facing role first. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, solve problems, and help them get the most out of their ERP environment. Strong functional expertise is important, but so is the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and navigate conversations with both business and executive stakeholders.
Required skills:
- Client communication: You’re comfortable leading status calls, presenting findings, discussing recommendations, and managing escalations with professionalism and composure. You can communicate confidently with clients while keeping conversations focused and productive.
- Technical communication: You’re able to take technical concepts such as configurations, integrations, and system behavior and explain them in clear, straightforward language that makes sense to business and executive audiences.
- Consulting / IT services experience: You’ve built your career within an IT services company, systems integrator, ERP vendor, or consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, NTT Data, Wipro, Infosys, or an ERP-partner boutique). This experience is required. Candidates whose ERP experience has been exclusively in-house at a single employer will not be a fit for this role.
- Enterprise ERP experience: 5–8 years of experience working with a major enterprise ERP platform such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, Dynamics, or NetSuite.
- Implementation experience: At least one full-cycle ERP implementation, with hands-on involvement across requirements, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Functional expertise: Strong functional knowledge in SCM-adjacent areas such as inventory, order management, procurement, costing, or planning.
- Integration experience: Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, third-party system connections, and data migration, with an understanding of how ERP systems connect with the broader technology environment.
- Written communication: You can produce clear, useful documentation, status reports, and issue summaries that help nontechnical stakeholders understand what’s happening and what needs to happen next.
Preferred skills:
- Experience presenting to steering committees, executive sponsors, or client leadership
- Experience working across multiple industries and client environments
- Experience automating support or testing workflows
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools, including BI and embedded ERP analytics
