Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe InDesign to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent layout and typography skills, and the ability to create visually engaging and effective marketing and communication materials.

In this role, you will work closely with various departments to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality print and digital content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Layout: Create visually appealing designs and layouts for books, posters, brochures, marketing collateral, and other print and digital materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency across all design projects by following established brand guidelines, visual identity standards, typography, and design principles.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Creative Development: Translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs that effectively communicate key messages and objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
• Quality Control: Review final artwork carefully to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for print or digital publication.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design expertise, and versatility.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced to expert-level knowledge of Adobe InDesign. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is highly desirable.
• Design Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout principles.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
• Knowledge of print production, pre-press processes, file preparation, and printing specifications.
• Experience designing for the publishing, marketing, advertising, or related industries.
• Familiarity with both print and digital design requirements.
• A creative mindset with the ability to adapt designs to different audiences, formats, and communication objectives.
