We're looking for an internet-savvy Scriptwriter with a strong track record of writing bulk influencer content that consistently drives high views on reels in a short span of time. You'll turn trends, creator-economy insights, and ideas into sharp, engaging scripts for digital content — while leading a team of junior scriptwriters. If you understand social media culture, storytelling, and audience retention, and can thrive under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of junior influencer scriptwriters, guiding and reviewing their work
• Write engaging scripts for short-form and long-form digital content
• Research trends, pop culture, internet conversations, and relevant topics
• Develop content concepts and storylines aligned with brand objectives
• Collaborate with creators, editors, and the creative team to bring ideas to life
• Adapt tone and messaging across different content formats and audiences
• Ensure scripts are delivered on time without compromising quality

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in scriptwriting, content writing, or a similar role
• Strong command of written Hindi and English
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience behavior
• Ability to simplify complex topics into relatable, engaging content
• Strong research, storytelling, and creative thinking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure content environment
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus
